Kingbridge Meeting Designer

We work with you to identify the conversations your team wants to have and then help you create the content and meeting structure for the most effective, meaningful and productive off-site experience.

The Benefits of Using this Perspective Taking Approach:

Before your scheduled off-site meeting, we help you gain anonymous insight of the ideas and concerns your team has about the upcoming meeting objectives. The on-line perspective taking exercise helps you identify where a team is aligned and where there is a difference of opinion. It also helps you see what assumptions might stand in the way of how the team is thinking about the topic, what is worrying them and where they might be stuck in their thinking or have strong bias. It also identifies voids in knowledge and helps you see how emotionally connected the team is about the meeting topic.

Perspective Taking Exercise Fee: $2,535 for up to 8 group members. Each additional participant is $45 to a max of 20 people. Price includes: Upfront call with you to identify the perspective taking exercise question. Taking the on-line exercise. 2-hour call after exercise to review report information. Prices do not include HST.

STEP 1 – Fill out the online request form to begin the process. Once we receive your request, we will contact you to begin the process of working with you to identify the key exercise question.
STEP 2 – You select and invite individuals to participate in the on-line exercise. An added value of this exercise is you can include insights from people who may not be attending the off-site.
STEP 3 – After everyone has participated in the on-line exercise, our Process and Engagement Leader will schedule a call to review the output. During the call they will also help you identify key areas for the content and meeting structure.
