Workshop Information:

Each workshop includes a full day of learning and practice sessions, lunch, refreshments, use of the extensive recreation centre, swimming pools and access to 113 acres of rolling hills, winding rivers and forested trails.

Pricing: $250.00+hst per workshop

Reset, Restore & Revitalize Workshop Series are Led by, Mei Hao, Practitioner & Workshop Guide

Spend the day with Mei Hao, a third generation practitioner of traditional Chinese and Osteopathic medicine. For over 17 years, Mei has practiced Qi Healing and Tai Chi and over those years many of her clients have achieved amazing mind/body healing results. Mei is a three time gold medalist in the Canadian National Taiji Championships. Mei is experienced in Chen forms, Yang forms, Tibetan Qigong and Meditation.

Mei’s accomplishments:

  • Level C instructor
  • Experienced in Chen forms, Yang forms, Qigong forms and Meditation forms competition and outside school classes teaching
  • Gold medalist in Traditional Yang form (International Tai Chi competitions 2015)
  • Gold medalist in group Chen form (International Tai Chi competitions 2015). Gold medalist in Traditional Chen form (National Tai Chi competitions 2015)
  • Gold medalist in IWUF Chen form (National Tai Chi competitions 2016). Gold medalist in IWUF Chen Sword form (National Tai Chi competitions 2016)
  • Gold medalist in IWUF Yang form (National Tai Chi competitions 2016)
  • Competed as a member of Tai Chi team Canada in the 2nd World Tai Chi Championship 2016 (Warsaw, Portland

  • Qigong is a gentle exercise – minimal physical energy is required
  • No special clothing or experience needed – it is recommended for clothing to be loose and comfortable to allow for a wide range of movements
  • Activity is suitable for all ages, body types and fitness levels
  • These workshops are open to all ages 15+
