Free North Forum

The Arctic is entering a period of profound change. Rising global temperatures and diminishing sea ice are expanding open waters, increasing access and connectivity across the region. This presents both economic opportunities and security challenges for Arctic littoral and neighbouring states, as the region takes on greater strategic and economic significance.

The Free North Forum brings together stakeholders from allied nations for open dialogue on the issues shaping the High North. Through the exchange of perspectives and expertise, the Forum seeks to deepen understanding, identify areas of shared interest and strengthen cooperation in a rapidly evolving region.
